Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return your pieces.

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

How to start a return

  1. Contact our team via the contact page with your order number.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and provide your return label.
  3. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging, unworn and with tags attached.
  4. Drop your parcel at the carrier — that's it.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
  • Footwear, accessories and jewellery must be returned in their original boxes.
  • Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Lingerie, swimwear and cosmetics are returnable only with the hygiene seal intact.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return being received and inspected. We'll email you the moment your refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll place your exchange straight away — subject to availability. If your size has sold out, a full refund is processed automatically.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund — including return shipping.
